Foreign Trade Sales Specialist / Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop overseas markets and acquire new customers for smart pet products (feeders, trackers, toys, etc.).
- Proactively reach out to clients via Alibaba, trade shows, Google, and social media; maintain existing customer relationships.
- Manage the full order cycle from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract signing to delivery coordination.
- Collect market and competitor insights to support product and marketing strategy optimization.
- Attend international trade shows (e.g., Canton Fair, Interzoo) to expand overseas networks.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in foreign trade; background in pet products, consumer electronics, or smart hardware is a plus.
- CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with export procedures, cross-border e-commerce platforms, and international logistics.
- Proactive, communicative, customer-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions and handle occasional calls across time zones.
